Anaesthesia: general
Hospitalization: 1 day
Duration: 1h 30 mn to 2 hours
This intervention aims at shaping the front of the nose or reducing it, either by reducing the nostrils or correcting a bump.
 
Where are the cicatrices placed ?
   

At the base of the nose and they are quasi-invisible

The pre-operation tests
   

- Thorax radiography

- Avoid to take any anticoagulant ( a chemical which fluidifies blood)
After the intervention
   
- Generally painless
- Ecchymoses and oedema under the eyes.
- Lock removed in the 2 nd or 3 rd day.
-The splint is removed in the 4 th or 5 th day
