This intervention consists in withdrawing the excess of tissue of the mammary gland, very developed with men. It is generally followed by a small liposuction.
Where are the cicatrices placed?
- In the areole or in the lower part of the breast, which disappear completely.
What are the pre-operation tests?

A blood analysis (NFS- (plates) –TP – TCA- GS- including a glycaemia to patients older than 40 years) + a serology HIV – HBS.
- A radiological analysis: mammography / Thorax radiography
- An electrocardiogram (+ a cardiologic consultation to patients older than 40 years)
After the operation:
- Avoid physical efforts during the first week.
- The sensitiveness and litheness of the treated zone return definitely after six months.
- Few lymphatic draining sessions are prescribed one week after the intervention.
