Our surgeons and Clinic partners who are trusting in their experience and professionalism assure to the patients a total medical security. Yet post- operational complications or defects can possibly occur in aesthetic surgery and their solutions legitimately preoccupy the patients.

For these considerations, we think it is ethical to be responsible for the expenses of the cases below.

In the case of a justified complication

- If the patient is still in Tunisia , he/ she is immediately in the responsibility of our team.

- If the duration of the stay is proved insufficient with regards to the necessary care provided to an indicated patient, he/ she can protract his stay on our cost

- If the patient is, already home and because of a complication has to undergo a surgical re- intervention or retouching, he/ she will be in our charge after a medical consultation by one of our aesthetic surgeons abroad or by any another aesthetic surgeon.

The latter must be inscribed as an aesthetic surgeon by the national order of doctors in the country he/ she practises in.

In the case of an unsatisfying result

The evaluation of the result is done through photographs:

- If the result is proved insufficient, the re-intervention and stays are in our charge

- In the case of a contest, the arbitration is done by a neutral surgeon chosen by the patient. This surgeon has to be inscribed by the national order of doctors in the country where he/ she practises. The surgeon, then, should send a report to the surgeon who did the intervention in Tunisia .

In the case where a retouching or an intervention is proved essential then the patient is in the company's responsibility Scultura.

 The conditions of a taking over in the case of a new intervention of retouching

Our guarantee does only concern the patient. It covers the expenses of the Clinic and the stays, the surgeons and anaesthetists fees, the hospitalization and finally protheses or girdle if there is any.

Our guarantee does not cover the travel expenses and does not apply in the following cases:

- Mammary protheses loops: this is not considered as a complication but as an undesirable and imponderable effect.

- False information in the form of free consultation, especially about medical background

- A disrespect of one of the conditions mentioned in the estimate, medical recommendations before the intervention (Nicotinism, forbidden medicines…)

- Voluntary or involuntary interruption of post- operational stay

- A disrespect of post – operational medical recommendations prescribed by the surgeon practitioner.

- The validity of our guaranty is one year beginning from the date of the intervention.

- In Tunisia and all over the word and legally speaking, the aesthetic surgeon has a contract of means: we can ask him a legal compensation in the case of a mistake or a technical error. But, the complainant has to bring the evidence of this error by the bias of a medical expertise.

If the result of the intervention is not satisfactory but there is not a medical error, the surgeon's responsibility is not involved and judicial proceedings can not be taken against him.
