This intervention aims at correcting breasts fall and giving them a volume through the insertion of mammary protheses.

Where are the cicatrices placed ?

		- It depends on the used technique and the level of the existing fall.
		- Thus, they can take the form of an inverted “T”, mostly around the areola, or both at once.

What are the pre-operation tests

- A blood Analysis (NFS- (plates) – TP- TCA- GS including glycaemia to patients older than 40 years) + a serology HIV – HBS.

- A radiological test / a mammography / a thorax radiography

- An electrocardiogram (+ cardiologic consultation to women older than 40 years)

After the operation

- A compressive dressing is kept during the first 24h.

-The drains and the first dressing (are withdrawn in 24h)

-Only the sores are protected by a dressing therefore you can wear your bra without brace day and night during 20 days.

- The threads are resorbing

- The dressings are changed every day until the skinning over.
